Wedding Day Management is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but don't want to spend their wedding day managing vendors, answering questions, watching the clock, troubleshooting problems or asking family members to work.

We step in before the wedding to learn your plans, organize the moving pieces and become the point person for your vendor team. On the wedding day, our job is simple: protect the experience you've spent months creating.

From keeping the timeline moving and coordinating vendors to managing your ceremony, reception transitions and unexpected behind-the-scenes details, we make sure you—and the people you love—get to be guests at your own wedding.


Partial Planning

Your core—and likely most popular—management experience.

We begin approximately 60 days before your wedding so you aren't carrying all the details into the final weeks.

  • Includes up to 10 hours of wedding-day management

  • 2 pre-wedding meetings

  • Customized master wedding timeline

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Ceremony and reception management
